Adriatic took on the vital roles of owner's representative and construction manager for the Hope on Broadway project. This project stands as a beacon of hope, representing a new construction facility that offers single-tenant, permanent supportive housing to chronically ill homeless individuals within the City of Los Angeles.
The construction of this building adheres to Type IIB
specifications, featuring a concrete podium and
three levels of steel modular units, carefully cratied
offsite to ensure efficiency and precision. The
property encompasses a total of 49 units - 100% ADA-compliant or
fully adaptable, ensuring accessibility
for all.
Our team also meticulously oversaw the project to ensure compliance
with various city departments
including Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD), LAHD-NAC, and
Certified Access Specialist (CASP)
accessibility requirements, ensuring the development's
inclusivity and accessibility.
