Adriatic played a pivotal role as the owner's representative and construction manager for the extensive renovation of the Santa Monica Medical Building. This impressive structure, standing tall at four stories with two subterranean parking levels, spans a substantial 50,000 square feet. The project represented a true embodiment of modernization and innovation, featuring a state-of-the-art renovation.
The renovation encompassed a comprehensive transformation, including a full façade faceliti, the creation of brand-new interior lobbies, corridors, and common areas. Additionally, we oversaw the development of new doctor offices and implemented essential seismic retrofiting measures, among various other enhancements.
