Adriatic took on the role of owner's representative and construction manager for the Pier 44 development, a remarkable project in Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles, CA. This expansive endeavor encompassed 8 buildings, boasting a grand total of 91,760 square feet of commercial space, in addition to 141 boat slips, 5 end ties, and 57 dry storage spaces. The site, spanning 10 acres on land and 5 acres on water, is strategically positioned at the heart of Marina Del Rey.
Furthermore, we proudly served as the owners' representatives for the entire tenant build-out process, overseeing the construction for an array of esteemed tenants including REI, Trader Joe's, Alfred Coffee, KazuNori Sushi, Uovo Pasta, HiHo Burger, Bank of America, Planta Cocina, and many other renowned establishments.
